When booking or subscribing to the newsletter we collect: name, email, phone, dietary requirements, referral source, skill level, and payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

Booking and payment management, retreat organisation, customer relations, MerSea newsletter (with your consent), and legal/accounting obligations.

Contract performance (booking), consent (newsletter), legitimate interest (site security, service improvement), and legal obligations.

Data may be shared with technical providers (OVH hosting, Supabase database, Stripe payments, Resend email) only as required for their services and under confidentiality agreements.

Booking data is kept for the business relationship and then archived as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by emailing contact@mersearetreats.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The site uses essential technical cookies only (session, language preference). No third-party advertising cookies are set by default.
